The problem is fixed now, thanks Blackwonder 
When I joined the Jailbreak server I want to use my mic but the icon wouldn't appear. No one else could hear my chat. Please undo this as I think it was from a time I played music on it. But even then someone asked me to stop so I did. I don't see any reason for me to be muted permanently.
