Hat Factory was made by 13, who also made Wutville, but Hat Factory thankfully does not feature problems that Wutville had, the map has great quality throughout alongside a fun concept, interesting points of the map, shortcuts, colony spots and has some of the best hiding spots to be seen in a map so far, thankfully a lot of props do not have collision near other props that do so it won't amount of a bunch of overpowered jetpack spots.
