No, you don't ban people for stuff like spamming, that would be very unprofessional, please, read the rules before trying to make an app.

Plus i know you for like, 3 days or so, we played two hours of Freak Fortress, but that's all.

From what I see, you've got around 43 hours at the time of writing, which is a little bit on the low side for my taste, but shouldn't be that big of an issue.

You haven't had any punishments logged, which is good.

Your punishment section looks really bare. You need to be more specific with punishments.
I'd recommend looking at accepted applications to get an idea of the formatting and the rules for a list of rules that you can add the punishments too.

In general, your punishments are lacking, and it seems like your English is not as good as you claim it to be, as you already have some grammatical errors in that one sentence in English.
I am not sure what my stance is on this application, but if you fix the punishments, I think you'll do fine with a bit more playtime.
