Everything seems fine in your punishment ladder, I can't really find anything to critique.

Overall,on a side note, you seem to have a genuine interest in keeping the servers in order, such as messaging me on steam to tip me off about anyone breaking rules, and you even ask about certain situations where you have to use donor punishments to avoid accidental donor abuse.
