Resolved Why does storebot sometimes ignore my trades?

This happened to me 3 times.I let it go the first 2 times, but now it's enough.

Sometimes, when i send a trade to storebot, they will not anwser my trade offer, but take my credits.
It doesn't happen in a row, just sometimes. But, as i said, it happened to me 3 times and each time it was for 1 scrap, which totals to 3000 credits. Either i would like my credits back or get the scrap.
