OK so I know there's !helpmenu and all that, but what about the / ones? Like /ks or /me? Can someone post a complete list of commands?

Exclamation mark and slash are the same. You can use either one of the prefixes. The only difference is slash doesn't show up in chat.

Warden commands

!close - Close the cell doors.
!glr - Give a last request to a Prisoner as Warden.
!open - Open the cell doors.
!rlr - Remove a last request from a Prisoner as Warden.
!uw - Remove yourself from Warden.
!wcc - Toggling of collisions.
!wff - Toggling of Friendly-Fire.
!winv - Invite players to the Guards team.
!wl - Use a laser pointer by holding Reload.
!wm - Open the Warden Menu.
!wmk - Create a marker that players can see/hear.
!wmute - Toggle plugin muting.
!wtm - Toggle the medic room.

Guard commands

!w - Become the Warden.

Prisoner commands

!propreroll - Change prop in the first 20 seconds of prophunt.
!repeat - Ask for a repeat from the Warden.

General commands

!bhop - Toggle bhop.
!calladmin - Request help from staff.
!checksprayban - Check if the user is spraybanned.
!checktban - Check if the user is teambanned.
!comms - Show current player communications status.
!contract - Open contract menu.
!coins - Displays users amount of coins.
!cw - Display the name of the current Warden.
!fire - Vote for Warden to be fired.
!fov - Set field of view (up to 180).
!fp - Enable first person.
!help - Displays SourceMod commands and descriptions and display the help menu.
!listmaps - Display a list of maps.
!lrs - Display a list of last requests available.
!motd - Display the message of the day.
!nextmap - Display the next map.
!nominate - Nominate a map.
!place - Announces your tfstats place (and points) to the server.
!rank - Open rank menu.
!revote - Change your vote.
!rps - Play rock, paper, scissors with another player.
!rtv - Vote to change the map.
