Why would you like to become a moderator?
because i see a lot more racists and homophobes on the server and think i could help to deal with that

mic spam > mute 1h-∞h,
if repeated i would ask other moderators/admins and would give them a mute for 3h or higher
being racist, homophobic etc.. would double check with other people and mute them, to see how long i should mute them

well I don't know what the standard is in BlackWonder
but if i had to guess I would say that they would be locked from using it
or just a temp ban if its bad

spawn camping,
well I don't know know the punishment for this aswell
but if I had to guess again i would guess it would be a warn and if repeated it would result in a temp ban or something

and to record it I got Obs and have it active when i go on the servers
and I make sure I have solid proof of them cheating i would check both their steam and hours
and check if I can see any non human flicks or weird bullet scatter,

What we are looking for here is a proper punishment ladder with how you would scale the punishments. Also with punishment lengths, 5-20 are way too short for anything. Also, how would you punish calladmin abuse, spawn camping, etc. you need to have more rules in your punishment section.

Also, how would you record evidence that they were cheating?
