Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
a warning system:
1. first warn,
2. second warn
3. final warn
4. gagging (for micspammers and toxic players)
5. banning for 1 hour
6. banning for 2 days
7. banning for a month
8. banning forever (i guess?)
warnings should wear off 5 days after the warning.
