Basically, on all (mostly VSH/FF2) Servers with the /vshc command you can actually activate the bonuses for the next round if you activate them after the round end and alive as the Hale.
To do so, you just have to type /vshc, win the round quickly and activate all the boosts, mostly griefing the next Hale as most cannot handle the bonuses.
This hasn't been know alot, but lately I see increased use in it and basically suggest the boss only being able to activate cores in the first minute of the round, also somewhat countering point farmers wich active them for their friend so he can damage them better.
EDIT: Hale can do this anytime after round end aslong as the menu is open;
It doesnt matter whether or not he loses/survives
