Resolved VSH Crash

Everytime when VSH (JB LR) starts, the server crashes. I don't know if it does in other servers too because I don't play in other servers alot except for Singapore Jailbreak.

Well if it's the new tf2 update then better try to fix it asap cuz some people pick vsh on purpose to crash the server.
