Recently, a lot of players have been complaining about certain users spamming airblast in VSH mode, essentially delaying the round. The built in counter to this is that airblasting builds the rage meter; however, this allows for the pyro to help the hale and harm his team via building hales rage quickly, and extending the rage in some situations. The worst case is the Vagineer, who gets a longer uber duration whenever he is airblasted, which can sometimes last minutes. Can this be viewed as a punishable offense, outside of just delaying? And is it justifiable to start a votekick whenever this happens?
Attached is an example I quickly grabbed, while writing this. User in question is quite the chronic delayer, as evident by the VC, and did this every round for the 3 hours they were on the server.
