Was typing disabled in this game mode?.
If not , people cant type just work soundlist and vote

I am not gagged i checked it when i couldn type , also i talk with some of my friends who play there and they couldnt too.
Only works soundlist , calladmins (all the hacks except own reasons because you need to type the reason in chat neither you can abort the own reason report with !abort) , !votelist.

When i posted this was already disabled but on Tuesday chat works , dont know the exactly hour

this issue has now been resolved. I accidentally uploaded an in-development plugin to the server instead of to the development server
