Declined Vote time limit decreased

I am a donor on the servers and after muting someone I have to wait 30 seconds till I can cast another, for example, I mute a mass freekiller on blue but they are still killing, I have to wait 30 more seconds untill i can slay them, in that time period they could have left to avoid punishment, I would like to have the vote mute increased but thats obviously subject to abuse

In that particular scenario you could easily slay first, mute after. That would solve the problem for 30 min
