Resolved !voicefx not working on JB

The title says it all, does anyone know why it's disabled there?

It was disabled ages ago because people kept making cow noises that would in most cases be louder than the warden and would annoy a lot of people, especially seeing as when you started the voice line on mypitch 24 with Evil, it would not stop until you were dead or you started a new voice line.

Oh okay, maybe Evil can be disabled there? Would that fix it?

It could be the only one removed, but personally I just don't like the whole voicefx command because of how annoying every one of the choices in the menu can be, especially when paired with MyPitch. The post that lead to the removal of VoiceFX is here.
