I saw this in some others Discord servers, when they have an Chat to people that dont have an mic or are muted to talk with people in voice chats so they dont type out-of-context messages in #general.
Not just out-of-context messages, but if no one talk in general as well, it kinda go like an spam of messages.

My suggestion is basically create an chat specifically to people with no mic or muted type to talk with people in voice chat
