Completed Valve Rocket Launcher issue.

It happened today on US Jailbreak, to be a specified map - jb_wip_remake.

My guess is that either Valve Rocket Launcher LR itself is broken causing server crashes, but this is not the case for every JB map.

1) It needs more testing with Valve Rocket Launcher LR to improve or
2) Complete removing Valve Rocket Launcher.

Same thing with Valve SMG LR

Mainly it hits max edicts that the server can handle that server crashed. it was almost full of players as well.

my guess is that some entity limit gets hit. JB maps are crammed to the brim with map elements already, so having valve weapons would prolly overload the server.
A single valve weapon doesn't cause any issues however, which supports my theory.
(I totally didn't give myself a valve weapon alright get off my back)

Would be useful knowing at which point did it crash
Was it like previously, right on round start, or after everyone started spamming their guns

jb_wip_remake_a5's mid-round edict count is 1285, which is 763 away from the 2048 limit.
With a max estimate of 448 edicts from 32 players, the map should remain within limits.

Without numbers from Benedevil, the exact cause of the crash can not be pinpointed.

Focus on bold numbers.
sv_dump_edicts = Round-start count before freeing edicts,
report_entities = Mid-round count after freeing edicts.

We have discovered an issue with how evening out teams is handled. It was probably interfering with guard banning plugins.
That is why the crash was only occasional.
The function has been changed now and should hopefully resolve the sparse crashing.
