Accepted Update jb_underjail_b2 to jb_underjail_b4a

The update includes 2 new minigames those being jeopardy and hopper. Changes to existing games like making ghost maze a legal minigame with a ghost roaming the maze and not glad day with extra steps. It also adds a lava area and other changes.
