Why were you punished?
I am unsure as to why I was banned. A few days ago, I was able to join an Australian duel server fine, but just a few minutes ago I have been permanently banned

Why should we revoke your punishment?
I do not know why I was banned, apparently my friend said that using a VPN will lead to a ban. I did not know that this would lead to a ban as I only thought bans would be given out to those disrespecting others by being racist, etc or by exploiting. I will stop using a VPN if that was the case.

You were banned for "Duplicate account" meaning you share ip with someone who is already banned.

Oh, then it must have been my VPN issue. I apologise for that and will stop using it

Just 12 minutes before you were banned https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199203490328 which I assume is a private throwaway alt was banned for cheating and then you connected.

That's too short a timespan for it to simply be you getting a banned ip.

We do not unban cheaters.
