1. Will Obi-wan have a chance to say he has the high ground?

3. Will Thanos underestimate him and flip toawrds him.

High ground advantage is incredibly situational. If Thanos plays around with Obi-Wan before killing him then Thanos will lose. If Thanos snaps and removes the high ground then Obi-Wan has no chance.
