[To-Do] Server Lagging

One of the TF Minus servers are lagging weirdly.

it happened to all of the tf2 community servers after the update idk why but I think its now fixed

All servers with the IP of 176.57.141.9 have a stuttering issue (as well as extremely slow map changes, up to 5 minutes as a matter of fact). From what I can tell, the issue started about 15 or so days when all servers on that IP had experienced a few hours of downtime (almost a whole day). The servers had stuttering issues ever since.

I talked to bene about this a while back and as it turns out, the hard drive is failing and some servers are either, broken, lagging, or just dying.

When bene comes back from holiday, he will be on it.
