My first question is: What BLU and RED are meant to do in this LR?

My second question is: If it's a FFA LR then why does the red spawn in cells and with no guns?

1) Its a Free for all. Once FF turns on everyone can kill each other.
2) Because you're reds. That's always how you spawn, silly.

Blues are to not kill before FF is turned, giving reds some time to get some ammo. It's one of the best LR's as I get ez kills.

There is literally no need to change it as it is easy enough to just run over to armoury and get ammo before ff turns on. Like Kirito said, there is some time for them to do that.
