This is old news. Valve just reuploaded the video. The update came out round July 2010.

all it is was a slightly higher definition reupload of the og engi teaser because it was privated or something

I remember when this was released around the time MVM was being announced. I dunno if it was uploaded prior, but based on people saying it was uploaded in 2010, they just kinda reupload it randomly.

We just got a massive update, I wouldn't hope for anything to come of this.
