Resolved [TF2] 150 Ping on all Blackwonder BR servers, but everything else (other servers, other games) have normal ping.

I went into CMD and used the "tracert" command and this seems to be the IP that is causing issues: 200.230.29.247
Things have been like this for months, I tried formatting my computer, resetting my modem, contacting my internet provider, changing TF2 settings, etc.
Please give me some help I just wanna be able to play normally again

You might want to call your ISP and ask them about it. I tried from my end and was told it was out of their hands

I did. They said everything was working fine. Tried to connect to the same IP via a notebook, which wielded the same result. It's definitively not my ISP's fault, nor my computer's.

UPDATE: The problem got fixed somehow. I still don't know how, but my ping has returned to normal.
