Invalid Team ban Jayycob

Hey, My names jacob. I use to play on tf2 about 1 a year and 5months ago. i was a donor on the blackwonder la jailbreak server and i honestly dont rememeber why i got team banned.

It would mean the world to me if someone could unban me. I'm pretty sure its a perma team ban. i'm not sure though.
