Yes. my reasons are punishing the RULE breakers and I know all rules (blw.tfJB) and explain to new JB (blw.tf) players what's wrong and what is right

For someone who claims to know the rules you've been punished quite a bit recently, having been gagged, muted, and teambanned multiple times within the past month. I'd recommend waiting a while and not breaking any more rules before you reapply ;p
