YES i was talking. BUT however. this bug has been on for awhile
when first day (after map change) Muted/Gagged players can talk but gagged people cannot talk in CHAT. and this is a bug i forgot because i haven't been muted or when i get muted/gagged i just leave the blackwonder.tf servers. as you can see i have talked in the 2nd round but not for long it will say [SourceComms++] You have been muted! in the second round. i would like this bug fixed and solved AND would like my an off cuz i wanted to play dodgeball today. and yeah IT IS A BUG

Just because a "bug" exists doesn't mean you should take advantage of it. Exploiting is just as frowned upon here as bypassing a punishment is. Declined, I suggest you leave your microphone unplugged if you cannot resist the urge to use VC every time you're physically able to while your mute is active.
