Completed [Suggestion, Deathrun] Add the map dr_waterrun

dr_waterrun is a good and unique map that is also very challenging. The map is very popular among the deathrun community and i think people would love it to also have it in blackwonder. What really makes this map unique is that players don't just die immediately, instead the water takes them to a place where players can taunt and just hang out together until every red player fails as well or one makes it to the end. The endings are fair enough, just a simple parkour, spinner and a small arena to fight in. Also there are enough decent and good traps to catch the players, another unique feature in the map is easy mode, this gives the player 3 chances instead of one.

We now fixed the major flaw of water being bhoppable. But the start is still skippable which is not a major problem
So we will be adding the map
