Resolved Storebot

The bot keeps declining my trade offers. I had to reinstall mobile steam, check my internet connection, empty my backpack etc.
Then I searched up this problem and it says that it's premium only. Okay, then how did my brother (who is also a f2p) get 2 refs?
Am I missing something? (I also have the proof below)

I did, and I know the trades are premium-only, but I still don't understand how my bro got the metal for free.

Yeah, I reinstalled steam mobile and got a trade hold before posting this. But even way before I got the trade hold it was still declining.
