Resolved Storebot Stole my metal!

I traded some reclaimed metal to the storebot and didn’t get any credits

Heya, I'd recommend rechecking. The bot transactions are sometimes delayed/or require you to reconnect to a server.

Exactly as ash said.
Any transactions with the storebot take a reconnect or map change to update. This works in both ways. Your credits will only be deducted on reconnect when buying metal, and they will only be added on reconnect when selling metal.
