Resolved Storebot stole my credits

so an issue i havent seen resolved is i asked for a reclaimed and the bot took the credits and it took so long for it to accept the items became unavailable. im not very upset but i would like either the credits back or the reclaimed. i can show pics of the items being unavailable if you guys need.
