Resolved Storebot rounding the buyable amount

Usually, when i want to buy a few scraps/recs/refs in storebot, i have to put a scrap less than the amount storebot says i can buy, why? Well, because the value is being rounded to the closest one!
Bene/Noodl probably used RoundToNearest instead of RoundToFloor in the code.

Not really a big problem, but it's a bit annoying to get randomly DMed every 1 hour by someone saying "MaRiO WhY doEsn't StOreBOt aCcEpt mY TraDEs"

Yep, just confirmed it by being AFK in a server.

1 scrap = 1000 credits
If i have more than 4500 credits and less than 5501, it is going to be automatically rounded to "0.55 ref".

That's exactly what I did. I now changed it and will soon add it to the servers.
