Resolved StoreBot problem

So I worked hard for these points (900) in order to get me a refined metal. I did trade the bot and everything went good until the next day I see in my "trade offers" tab that says for that particular trade:" Item is currently unavailable to trade". And this happened twice. Although I kept my points, I really want to spend them... Please if you could help me I'd be a happy man.
