Resolved "Spraybanned" but not?

My spray is just a yellow line...
EDIT 1 : i just use it to get people killed for being a smartass (jailbreak) not sure if this is spraybannable or not.
EDIT 2 : everyone in jailbreak (sg jailbreak, not sure for others) saying their all spraybanned and some of the donors don't have donor perms but on other servers (not in jailbreak sg) they have.

At the start of all rounds before tfstats kicks in, no one is allowed to spray. Your spray is not spraybannable.

Yeah I know tfstas still has to load everytime a map changes, but when I played for 30 minutes on a map that just loaded, I'm still spraybanned, even others, some donors don't have donor perms aswell (in sg jailbreak). But on other servers for example sg hightower they have donor perms but not on sg jailbreak?

Late reply, but everything is good now, all the donors and spraybanned people are ok.
