No you haven't. Your punishment ladder is severely lacking, and I don't believe you put in a sincere effort into your application as a whole.

The punishment ladder is a metric that all Staff members utilize in order to facilitate an easier way of moderating the servers. Please update your app.

Alright. You are only asking to moderate BlackWonder Bhop Easy Tier 1-2 , so think of the rules that can be broken while on that server, and provide an escalation ladder of how you would punish them.
