Declined Someone spammed a command for no reason

So, in the BlackWonder | Deathrun #2 server there was a person named "[Ἤc] Cletus ". This guy was spamming wariocarcrash.mp4 and then demanded to not use lennies, we stopped for a couple of seconds, but he didn't stop. [Ἤc] Cletus kept going, then someone wanted to gag him but no one responded to the idea because maybe this is not something that bad...WRONG! He kept going anyway till he even binded it. Then I got some screenshots and recorded (my voice was not included). We asked him why he hated lennies (any expression between brackets), he responded with 'that's reddit shit', I asked if that is the only answer because "that's reddit shit" doesn't mean anything. He finally left the server because "it's my time to go".

I got video footage of him so that's why I didn't interfere to the point where I would vote kick him. Anyway, this is him: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198112815670
