Some sprays not loading.

So since quite some time I have a problem with sprays from others. I can't see others sprays except the ones I have seen before. Like If i have seen a Spray before the problem occurred, it would display. But since then, I can't load others sprays.

I've tried veryfying integrity of game cache, enabled sprays in advanced options and enable them via console. Nothing worked, and google doesn't help me.

Happened to me once a few years ago, fixed itself, don't know how though, as far as i know there's no fix.
