Resolved some help with the storebot

the bot keeps refusing my offers i tried sending offer with a rec 1 scrap and 2 and 3 but he keeps refusing , i have enough credits (330) but it won't trade me please help me out

Storebot is live again. Please note that a scrap now costs 300 credits. This is a linear increment to the amount of credits you get

i have over 70k credits and i tried buying ref metal but he just holds the trade,then i tried rec metal still holds the trade then i trade scrap and still holds the trade

please give me a solution because i tried anything (i dont have a trade hold)
