For TF2: I forgot the server name because it was 4-6 Years ago but it was like a korean Owner With Korean Name Server but lives in singapore, its a trade plaza server, and the server only last for a few months because the owner stop servicing the server because of a personal reason

On what servers do you usually play on?
Blackwonder SG: VSH, Jailbreak, trade Plaza And Death run Most of the time since day until morning (depending which server has players on)

Why would you like to become an admin?
i would like to become an admin because ive played most of the time in blackwonder SG servers, maybe the whole day unless if its morning at 12am-7am because no one plays it so i play casual, also i can always be available, so when i see someone breaking the game rules i can warn them and keeping the server organized and have healthy players, mostly ill probably be online in tf2 most of the time because right now i finish my school and not doing anything at the moment for probably until next year or two, and i just want to help the SG server community

Everyday 2-3 PM Until 5-6 AM (Western Indonesia Time)

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the game modes you play
Jailbreak (Some Punishments Also Works On Other Game Modes):
+Guard/Warden:
-Freekilling: 2 Warnings The second warnings will be a Team Ban (For a couple of hours) (it could be an accident so ill give them 2 warnings)
-Massive Free Killing: Instant Team Ban
-No Microphone: Will be moved from BLU Team (if he tries to join again, he will get a team ban)
-Toxic, Favouritsm, Racist: 2 Warnings, Second warnings will be kicked From the server
-Spam Chat Or Voice Chat: 2 Warnings, Second warnings will be gagged, Muted (for couple of hours) (Following "The hour" Regulation)
-Disturbing Sprays: Such as Pornographic will be Removed instantly
-Armory Camping: Two Warnings, Second Warning will be voted to kick or to be team ban
-Ghosting: 3 Warnings, third Warning will be Kick from the server
-Sticky Traps: 2 Warnings, First warning will ask him nicely to detonate the bomb where there are no players nearby, second warning when he puts sticky traps again will be Ban
-blu that doesnt want to go warden or he unwarden: will be warn and second warning will be teamban
-Bad microphone: depending on how bad is it if its Very unclear will be team ban
-FreeHitting: 2 Warning. Second warning will be team ban
-Baiting Red: 2 Warnings (Also Warden Gets to warn the guards)
-Team Killing: Warning and slay the one who kill the team and revive the one that are getting killed
-Latespawning: 3 Warnings, First warnings will be slayed, second warning will be kicked, third warnings will be ban

And other general rules of jail break
(For The time: Ban,Mute,Gagged & Etc Will Be a normal "hours" Regulation): 30mins, 1 hour, 2 hours, 5 Hours, 1 Day, 3 Days, 7 Days, 30 Days & 1 Year.

Other Server VSH, Trade Plaza, Deathrun, CTF and et cetera (Including JailBreak):
-if there is a hacker and other players complain about it, ill probably Ban him or vote Ban the hacker,
i will always hear what other players complain and ill always make them my priority so if something happen ill will not take action directly but ill be doing a vote (depending on the situation)
-Call Admin Abuse: 2 Warnings, Second warnings will be kicked from the server
-Different Language Voice Chat: 2 Warnings, second warning will be mute from the server (using hourly regulation)

As Hale:
-AFK: Slay and give warning: second warning will be kicked
-Spawn Camping Hale: Slay and give warning, second warning will be kick

-Backthen on 2017-2018 i admit i was a very immature person and dont think before i speak but, since 2019 i am able to control of what i said from now on ive changed to a better person and hopefully more mature

-Also i dont like to abuse the Admin/Mod power for personal benefits and others aswell, and i just want to play the game modes as it should be.
-Also i have a little chat with gibus hearing that he will have to do his 2 years military service soon, i would like to help assisting his duty as a moderator/admin while he is not around and becoming his wingman hehe

Here's my view on your application.

First off, your chatlogs.

Your chatlogs do have some concerning entries, but from what I see, you've managed to control your language over time. Some of your more recent entries are mainly used as expressions, such as "oh shit", which is fine.

Moving on to your punishment logs.

You have 3 commblocks on your record, all of which are votemutes. I couldn't find the reasons for the votemutes, so I guess that it was nothing serious.

And finally, your application itself.

It would've been nice to be asked beforehand. I've only seen you in Jailbreak a few days ago, so I don't really know you that well yet.

for example if i play on Jailbreak if someone is freekilling or not using mic in warden or blu side probably ill teamban him for a couple of hours on the blu or guard side, if there is a hacker and other players complain ill probably kick him or vote kick the hacker, i will always hear what other players complain and ill always make them my priority so if something happen ill will not take action directly but ill be doing a vote.

This is not sufficient for a punishment section, especially for Jailbreak. I'd recommend looking at some accepted applications to get a general idea of what we're looking for.

Anyways, You'll need to rework the punishment section of your application. You're a friendly guy from what I know, and some JB players do look up to you. I think if you work hard enough, I believe you'd make a good JB Moderator (I don't know about the other postiions). I would personally take you under my wing if it comes to this.

Hello @Skripzees , I would like to thank you for taking the time to fill out the application. I know there are a lot of questions, but they all have a purpose. As for your application, one of the first things I do is to skim through the last month of chat logs. This gives me a general idea of how a person communicates with others. The importance here is that any sort of authority figures need to be respected, for the players to listen to them. Additionally, a staff member's conduct can reflect poorly on the community. We are looking for a more welcoming atmosphere and we need staff who will assist with that. At this time, a cursory review of your very-recent chat logs indicate that you need some time to mature before being handed staff permission on blackwonder.
