I want to help the tf2 community out and I really enjoy your servers

How often do you play TF2?
All the time I have 400 hours since middle of last year

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
If they are being toxic in chat warn then mute them and if they are hacking or anything else a ban obviously but in a perfect world let's hope I don't have to.
