Sometimes when it says red team gets 10 score for winning and you are on red team you dont get it..
even if youre alive and made it to the end
i think you should always get score if you are on team red and team red wins
but i would like clear rules to when you get score and when you dont

There's a number of things that you could be alluding to when you say "score." Could you post a screenshot or something for reference?

You get credits from completing contracts and by playing certain amounts of time on the server as far as I know.

To get shop credits, you have several ways.

One way is to play alot, and gain them through minutes
Another way is getting them gifted by other players, or when picked up on the ground (Wich players can drop)
Third way is complete contracts and stuff.

And last way, you can give metal to gain shop credits, or buy metal, with shop credits.
