Resolved Saxton hale receiving Full hp after tiny mann effect

You can get full hp as hale by using rtd to get tiny mann effect, hugging wall to get stuck and teleported to spawn and receive full hp which is broken since reds did a lot effect to damage hale which is wasted

here in this report you can see hale getting his hp back

Have seen this only a handful of times but it does exist. I don't expect them to overhaul the rtd system for this bug, though. Maybe hale should just not have access to the rtd command?

I'll look into it and see if it's patchable in the RTD plugin.
If it's not, we'll hold a staff discussion on what action to take against this.

I've made a patch to the RTD plugin as a whole. Waiting for bene to review and then push.
the change involves re-doing how the plugin respawns you.
Instead of just flat-out respawning you, it teleports you to your spawn location, leaving anything like your current ammo and health untouched. This should hopefully fix any other exploits that could come from this type of respawn.
