I managed lot of discord server ( one with 300 people and i got low grade , another 1000 where i got a high grade and a last with 10000 where i got a low grade) where i got high grade and i manage to calm lot of situation down just by making the rule respected. I was call sometime to help in makin decision or even making decision by myself when i was the only one to be online. I dont have screenshot but i would have loved to showed you. It was some time ago but my knowledge wasnt erased with time.
I did try to get into wonderland but never had enought experience (in tf2 admin) to got in.

Its a long story but ill make it short
I said in my previous post thats i liked jailbreak and i wanted to be a mod to help jailbreak. Its true, but i have other reason.
Its kinda stupid but i think it can give me something, a kind of experience to see now i can help a place were i feel good in what i can do to keep it alive and clean.
I never feel thats fun since a while and the best i can do for it is to make new player, old, and casual player try to feel fun as possible.
I already been admin in other case than tf2 and it was not the best experience i can say. TF2 is my fav game and i have seen lot of server, inluding wonderland and skial. Even if it was fun, it was never as fun as i feel in Blackwonder. I made friend and i have been into the best moment in video game of my life (Thanks Wilno and Future Gohan for thats) . I realy hope people can find what made me happy in a bad period of my life. I want Blackwonder to never fail, i want to see other people having a good moment. I dont want people ruin this place, the server thats just helped me in my life to be honest. I wont be rude, nor too much gentle, i will try to be fun and make the place as it need to be : a place were people can have great moment.
I just want to help here, to gaine experiance in life and to actualy help the server when mod usualy cant.
I dont apply here because its my last option or just for fun etc... No i actualy want to help, i can even help me.
With all the chaos recently in Blackwonder JB, i want to help and keep the place safe from all bad things thats could happend. I may be 16 and a guy with no experience in TF2 server, i have a bit of admin knowledge (behing mod in some discord server with 1000 people for exemple), and i think it could show me something thats could help me progress in life and give me for exemple some kind of experience for my futur job.
Its kinda like, trying to making a dream come true. My dream is just to protect people, and its kinda what i want to do as a job, i thinked behing mod could help me help people and protecting them by keeping an happy place safe and sound.

Of course at any time i try to take video and screen of what im doing, i do not act in total blindness and i try to know what is happening. I would try to go most of the time in game and to spectate the suspected people to see if they were right, review proof multiple time and if im not sure, discuss it with the rest of the mod team. I shouldnt be too harsh or too gentle. I need to be fair to keep everyone safe.

I never got banned in any video game actually, i just got one warn and it was here. Why ? I wanted to have fun with a friend and i was telling fake order since i saw one of my friend did the same i thinked it was fine. When i got warned, i appologiesed, turn off my computer and thinked for it realy to know what i did wrong and what i should do to keep my no ban in gaming ever continue. I didnt even knowed something bad could happend, i thinked it was normal since my friend did it multiple time without nothing. I realy regret it.
Why im making another Mod application and why it seem with more work than the other ? I have lot of reason and some more personal (i can tell the admin/mod team but in private because its realy hard to tell in public), i can tell thats i just improoved a lot, it seem like the perfect time to start since what i want to do (a job) is getting closer.
Why could it help me for my job ? Well its not like a good good info, but i want to be an real administrator in like in buiness or things like thats, you know the kind of people thats prevent anything bad to happend and verify evrything is fine. Thats why this post could help me a lot to improve myself. It could give me so much
Why a new hand can be usefull ? Well im French and im up at some time were few people play, and i have seen lot of people doing like fully illegal things when mods are asleep and i could keep those hours calm. I have a bit of experience and i ready to launch myself in a new adventure ! I just always loved to help other people, specialy when its something i realy like.
I had been good and bad. I hope my time in blackwonder will still be great anyways ! In both case if i got accepted or not, i will try to help people. If im not acccepted i will continue to repport bad people and have fun. I tryed to be a good player, i always wanted to be a good Friendly French Player (i try my best !)

Of course at any time i try to take video and screen of what im doing, i do not act in total blindness and i try to know what is happening. I would try to go most of the time in game and to spectate the suspected people to see if they were right, review proof multiple time and if im not sure, discuss it with the rest of the mod team. I shouldnt be too harsh or too gentle. I need to be fair to keep everyone safe.

I never got banned in any video game actually, i just got one warn and it was here. Why ? I wanted to have fun with a friend and i was telling fake order since i saw one of my friend did the same i thinked it was fine. When i got warned, i appologiesed, turn off my computer and thinked for it realy to know what i did wrong and what i should do to keep my no ban in gaming ever continue. I didnt even knowed something bad could happend, i thinked it was normal since my friend did it multiple time without nothing. I realy regret it.
Why im making another Mod application and why it seem with more work than the other ? I have lot of reason and some more personal (i can tell the admin/mod team but in private because its realy hard to tell in public), i can tell thats i just improoved a lot, it seem like the perfect time to start since what i want to do (a job) is getting closer.
Why could it help me for my job ? Well its not like a good good info, but i want to be an real administrator in like in buiness or things like thats, you know the kind of people thats prevent anything bad to happend and verify evrything is fine. Thats why this post could help me a lot to improve myself. It could give me so much
Why a new hand can be usefull ? Well im French and im up at some time were few people play, and i have seen lot of people doing like fully illegal things when mods are asleep and i could keep those hours calm. I have a bit of experience and i ready to launch myself in a new adventure ! I just always loved to help other people, specialy when its something i realy like.
I had been good and bad. I hope my time in blackwonder will still be great anyways ! In both case if i got accepted or not, i will try to help people. If im not acccepted i will continue to repport bad people and have fun. I tryed to be a good player, i always wanted to be a good Friendly French Player (i try my best !)
