Why should we revoke your punishment?
To be fair tony griefing spawn isn’t against the rules, go check. It’s a “factions” server and you disabled most of the things that make faction servers function. This is just vanilla but people can claim their land so they don’t whine about their shit getting destroyed. If we had gone and manually collected obsidian and made a wall around spawn, you wouldn’t be able to do anything about it since there isn’t a single rule preventing it. How about you put some time and effort into the server for once?

If it was just obsidian it would have been fine, but we had item duplication, exploiting and racism.
The server was just up for some people to have fun while the real release is still in the works. It's more of a courtesy, so some people can have some fun.
Mistakes were indeed made in not restricting it earlier. But we learnt from it and will only allow people we trust to not be complete asshats about it on. Since your actions, we sadly cannot guarantee that you will meet those new criteria.
Sadly you will have to wait until the new update and the new version of the server.
