Why were you punished?
Kerknor claimed my mic was "too loud" despite never hearing any complaints in the past when playing with him or any other staff member on the server. When I turned it down and tried to speak, I found out I was muted. Nobody else on the server thought my mic was loud, nor did they report me. Isn't it funny how if he didn't like the sound of my voice he could just mute me on his game and not on everyone else's?
Why should we revoke your punishment?
it's unfair and steers me away from wanting to play on Blackwonder.tf servers, especially when a moderator who wouldn't take down a porn spray in spawn would gladly leave me muted and go as far as gagging me in the chat for wanting answers. He also spray banned somebody else for covering his girlfriend's spray only minutes after ( but I am sure they will write their own appeal. ) I see this as him trying to assert power by bullying around players and not following whatever actual code of conduct that moderators have to abide by. He only does this for his own entertainment at the cost of somebody else's positive experience.
