You guys should implement a new form of rule agreement.When players actually read the rules,they have to press each one to unlock pressing button 0.or,by typing in chat something like ,,I agree to the rules,, like these terms of use things

You know that a lot of people don't even speak English. And those who want to act ridiculous will nonetheless.

It's not like that will change much on the behaviour of the players.

Not everyone here will be able to read the rules because they aren't natives or haven't learned much about the English language yet, it would only lead to confusion and a drop in the player base.

If people join our servers they automatically accept these rules and will be punished accordingly when caught.

Also there are people who can't press that key to agree because it doesn't work, or they don't know how to bind it.

It's a good idea in theory, but I feel like it'll be just a little more tedious for regulars than it needs to be, and a little less useful than it should be to actually be implemented.

Just because it makes people look through every individual rule doesn't mean they'll actually read it, most likely they'll just press all the buttons twice and then the button to close it.

That's just a little bit more work for people who actually know the rules, and considering it probably wouldn't even be effective, it'll just feel more obnoxious than anything.

Not bad idea, but people will just click accept and move on to play the game.

Let's say you're at McDonald's and want to use the WiFi, so you decide to go into your WiFi settings, and you see "Free Guest WiFi" must likely it will tell you to accept their guidelines, and what do you do? You don't care, so you scroll down and accept it.

People will not read the rules, nor it's going to change anything, but I do wish there was a way for people to read and understand the rules without putting text in front of their faces.

Good idea on paper, but in practice, would be a pretty useless feature imo. You can just hammer away at the buttons until the popup disappears or is overridden by another popup like /helpmenu or a vote.

Declining the suggestion due to basically what Wanka said, theoretically this is a good idea, but as soon as we put it into practice, no one will do anything with it. It's just another menu they want to get rid of.

it's not that big of a deal just let admins take care of people who don't know the rules
