Resolved RTD still enabled in Jailbreak SG

RTD was made unbuyable in LA, some people who have bought it previously have kept it in their inventory too.

But the SG Jailbreak server still has RTD for some reason.

Aight people can still use RTDs in jailbreak servers if they have it in their inventory.
They can hop on a server and buy one, then hop back onto jailbreak and use it.

It took multiple threads for rtd to be removed from jailbreak servers...
People can STILL buy rtds on a different server and use them in a jb server.
Making them unbuyable was a cool thing to do but was not a sufficient solution.

In short, people can still use rtds, by buying them from the shop in other servers.
Just make them unusable in jailbreak servers
