try to end the vsh round with rps and the player hale accepts, does it count as friendly?

No, I don’t think so. If red win the rps it will damage Hale from RPS it not delay or friendly. At least for Jailbreak. I guess it probably same thing for VSH...

As long as they aren't just sat there using the rps taunt the whole round then it's fine.
