This is a new gamemode... or rather a config + a map that is made exclusively for this sort of gamemode.
Config was made by me, extra plug-ins are made by @Benedevil and @Noodl
This is how the gamemode works:

TL;DR
It's going to be a deathmatch gamemode, where both teams are always going to be soldiers (In later updates we might add the demoman)
You will have unlimited ammo, 10 rockets in your clip, faster reload & firing speed, rocket projectile increased speed, and most importantly, increased rocket jump force.
some other properties have been tweaked to be well-fit with the gamemode idea. (such as increased health and movement speed)
Last but not least, your melee weapon will deal 750 damage to your foe while you are rocket jumping, 338 dmg minicrits, 250 dmg on normal hits, AND it's range is multiplied by 3, You gain ubercharge for 2 seconds after a melee kill, and one head, one head will give you 101 bonus base health, you can gain a maximum of 5 heads. SO HAPPY HUNTING!!!
BASICALLY... you will rocket jump like crazy, with an incredible speed, trying to obliterate and annihilate your foe MID-AIR.... thus, an EPIC MID-AIR BATTLE!!

Characteristics:
Primary weapons:
1- Some rocket launchers like rocket jumper and cow mangler are banned.Primary weapons:
2- All the normal primary weapons's characteristics are:
- You deal 500 damage to airborne or marked to death enemies on a direct hit. (Crit hits)
- 10 Maximum clip size.
- 35% Increased Firing speed.
- 50% Faster reload speed.
- 30% Faster weapon deploy time.
- You gain 50% health restored on-kill.
- No rocket jump damage
- 2.15x rocket jump force.
- 10 Ammo regen per 2 seconds.
- 3.5x Increased projectile speed.
- 15% increased blast radius.
3- Blackbox
Same things like all the primary weapons except:
- 7 Maximum clip size.
- No increased blast radius.
- You gain 25 health per-hit from any distance.
4- The liberty launcher:
- You deal 250~251 damage to airborne and marked to death enemies on a direct hit. (Crit hits)
- 6 Maximum clip size.
- 30% Health restored on-kill.
- 65% Faster reload speed.
- 3.75x Increased projectile speed.
- 2.75x Rocket jump force.
- 35% Faster weapon deploy time.
- 20% increased blast radius.
5- The direct hit: (honestly can't think of any better things to put here... instead of the shit i selected.... i'm open for suggestions regarding the direct hit....)
- You deal 603 damage to airborne and marked to death enemies on a direct hit.
- 4 Maximum clip size.
- 25% Faster firing speed.
- 40% Faster reload speed.
- 40% Faster weapon deploy time.
- 3.6x Increased projectile speed.
- 2.35x Rocket jump force.
- 55% Health restored per-kill.
- 10% increased blast radius.
6- The original: (upon a request from --> Wiethoofd | WieHUD <-- to make a rocket launcher where the rocket speed is set to default)
- You deal 750 damage to airborne and marked to death enemies on a direct hit. (Crit hits)
- 10 clip size ammo.
- 50% Ammo regen per 2 seconds.
- Your rocket projectile speed is set to default.
- 50% Fire rate bonus.
- 65% Faster reload speed.
- 30% Faster weapon deploy time.
- 2.30x Rocket jump force.
- 100% Health restored on-kill.
- 15% increased blast radius.
7- The Airstrike:
- You deal 200 damage to airborne and marked to death enemies on a direct hit. (Crit hits)
- 10 clip size ammo.
- 50% Ammo regen per 2 seconds.
- 2.275x Rocket projectile speed.
- -15% fire rate bonus while not airbrone.
- 90% Fire rate bonus while airborne.
- 62.5% Faster reload speed.
- 30% Faster weapon deploy time.
- 2.25 Rocket jump force.
- 20% Health restored on-kill.
- 15% increased blast radius.
8- Beggers bazooka:
- You deal 200 damage to airborne and marked to death enemies on a direct hit. (Crit hits)
- Can reload up to 10 rockets into the clip.
- 50% Ammo regen per 2 seconds.
- 2.625x Rocket projectile speed.
- 75% Fire rate bonus.
- 56.5% Faster reload speed.
- 30% Faster weapon deploy time.
- 2.25 Rocket jump force.
- 20% Health restored on-kill.
- No increased blast radius.
Secondary weapons:
1- All buff items are banned.
2- The B.A.S.E jumper is banned.
3- Shotguns:
- 35% Increased reload speed.
- 25% Increased firing speed.
- 11.5% Increased damage.
- 30% Faster weapon deploy time.
- 35% Accuracy increased.
- 25% Health restored on-kill.
- On kill, gain full crits for 6 seconds.
- Ammo regen.
- Crits while airborne or marked to death enemies.
4- Both mantreads and gunboats:
- 25 Health regen per second (starts off with 6 health and goes up as you long as you don't take damage, note that rocket jumping is considered taking damage, thus it will reset back to 6)
- 50% Resistance from bullets damage
Melee weapons:
1- For some reason the escape plan, equalizer, and the katana do not work as intended, thus they will be banned.
2- All the remaining melee weapons right now have the same characteristics, which are:
- 10% Faster firing speed.
- You gain 100% restored health on-kill.
- You deal exactly 250 damage, 338 on minicrits, 751 for crits.
- You deal critical damage while rocket jumping.
- Range multiplied by 3.
- You gain 300 extra base health for equipping any melee weapon.
- 45% Increased movement speed.
- No fall damage.
- You are marked to death.
Special plug-ins:
3- HEADS, If you kill any player using your melee weapon, the following will happen:
- You'll gain 101 Bonus base health PER-HEAD.
- The maximum amount of heads you can gain are 5.
- If you kill someone that has for example 1 head, you will steal his head, and get one head, meaning you'll have 2 heads.
- The more heads you have the more health you will gain from healthkits and on-kill healing effects. (if you have 0 heads, killing an enemy with a rocket will restore 250 health, unlike having 5 heads which will restore 500 health.)
- If you have 5 heads you will be outlined to all players.
4- UBERCHARGE, If you kill any player using your melee weapon, the following will happen:
- You'll gain ubercharge for 2 seconds after a successful melee kill.

Why you should play this gamemode?
Some people may say that "You can't sync jump" with that really fast rocket speed, that's why i made the original rocket launcher have default rocket speed.
Some others may say that "The gamemode's problem is if you go back to the actual game you might be too used to how fast the rockets in that gamemode are" or "What's the point of this if you can't actually rocket jump properly like a pro without soooo much rocket jump force"
Or anything else that some people may say....
This gamemode is made so that you can have FUN so excuse me if you're a bit of a tryhard soldier >_>
one of the other reasons i made this gamemode, is to help those people who just can't get enough rocket jump speed and are too late with their rocket predictions, to help them have fun, and actually enjoy rocket jumping so fast, and getting those sick airshots for once in their life.... Basically, just having fun.
Even tho it does not meet the standards for the actual casual or comp gameplay, that is not why or the point i made this gamemode for...
So please, TRY to enjoy it
