(request) demote Dan/David to fetus mod

we have recently had the introduction of the trial mod, so I thought it would be a good idea to add a couple more sublayers to the staff hierarchy. I present the following:

Mod (the best) (top) (me)
Trial Mod (where x9_raven should have stayed)
kid mod
toddler mod (toddler) (interchangeable with admin)
Admin
baby mod (goo goo ga ga mod) (13yro<)
newborn mod (straight from the womb) (ex-fetus)
fetus mod (fetus mod) (reserved for fetuses (dan, bubbles, etc.))

reliable, and inexpensive containment of a fetus mod, should they somehow be promoted back up to a newborn mod

now that I think about it, yes, this would mean we would have to move mods above admins in the right discord panel where all the users and their position is shown, but this is only a small task that the mraaegresn will have to deal with, compared to their current monumental assignments.

now where my actual suggestion comes into play.

Our current head dodgeball mod Dan and/or David must be demoted to fetus mod for the determined longevity of Blackwonder.tf as a thriving community.
