In this report i wanna report toms.kolozsi for free killing 2 player then after gettin' slay by an admin

I normally slay or kick with a warning if it's a 'freekill' on one or two players. If they do it again, I ban them. But as he have been slayed (by vote, not admin) and didn't do it again after, I'll give himthe benefit of the doubt as he might have thought they rebelled. If he does it again, I'll ban him.
